Professional Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy At Godly Zones Spa, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for all clients and Licensed Massage Therapists. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, requests for sexual favors, or attempts to engage therapists in non-therapeutic touch wil Refund Policy Appointments canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time are eligible for a 100% refund. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Deposits will be applied toward a future appointment when rescheduling requests are submitted within the required timeframe.
